In the event of a sports accident, a declaration must be completed and sent to the club or sent directly to Rugby Vlaanderen secretariat: Ransbeekstraat 227 – 1120 Neder-over-Heembeek. The Injury Claim Form to be used for the declaration can be found here.
You must cover the expenses at first, then send an email to the federation address (dignate@rugby.vlaanderen), with the proof of the health insurance fund (Mutualité/Mutualiteit) + invoices stating your file number, which you will receive from Rugby Vlaanderen after reporting your accident. You can also send by post via the following address: Karel Rogierplein 11 – B-1210 Brussels.
