U10

At U10 level, we look to build on the rugby skills the players have developed at U8 level. We continue to practice these key skills, such as passing and safe tackling, while introducing the players to new concepts like rucking, kicking for position and scrums.

Our aim is to make training fun and inclusive, where the players can learn through drills and then put into practice what they learn with a small game at the end of each training.

We enter our team into youth tournaments over the course of the year, which are great opportunities to build team spirit. Our objective is for all players to have fun and play as a team over the result of the game.

We welcome new players, boys and girls and if completely new to rugby, we provide individual coaching sessions with the player(s) to bring their skills up to the team’s level.

We have a development plan for all players, with have a proven route through the club to become part of the Belgian first division and the Belgian national team.
